Are girl scout cookies made with real girl scouts?

Girl Scout cookies are not so much made OF Girl Scouts as they are made BY Girl Scouts.

Every year, on a full moon in summer, legions of girls are selected from the ranks and taken to cookie factories around the world. There they slave over hot ovens and sticky icing machines for long hours, until their tour of duty is completed. Then they are sent back home with a merit badge and a more robust character.

Girl Scout Cookies are the best, and there are several different types.
