why my IE cant play gif ??

gif is a graphic format which should display just fine on any browser. If you have a gif file which IE won't display, there are two possibilities:
1. It's not really a gif file, it's a file in some other format which was mis-named with the .gif extension. It could be a .jpg, or some non-image format like a .doc or even a .exe.
2. It's a tiny "shim" image, probably transparent, not meant to be visible.
3. If you're opening a web page and a little "x" in a box appears where there should be a .gif image, it may just mean that the file on the web server is corrupt or missing -- not your problem. Or possibly the connection to the internet is messed up.
If the problem was in your copy of IE, I'd expect more serious problems to show up.

use FireFox it is better, faster and more safe to use than IE
there is a portable version (no need to install)
try it and sense the deffrince
