Creative Zen, renaming files?
I have a Creative Zen V, I ripped and copied some audio files on to it and then I renamed them. The renames are correct in the media organizer but on the player itself it still has the old names.
Its really irritating. Is this a bug in the software or did I do something wrong?

It depends on what tags your ZVM is recognizing. What media players do you have installed on your computer? I have WMP11, Creative Media Source 5, and MediaMonkey. My ZVM recognizes the ID3 tags from the Creative Media Source 5.
E.g. On WMP11 and MediaMonkey, I had an artist tag of "Stars." On Creative Media Source, I had "The Stars." My ZVM recognized "The Stars."
So I would suggest uninstalling other media players, or you could just check to make sure your tags are consistent throughout all your media players.
