Agrodome is just outside of Rotorua. There is a shuttle bus that leaves from the city centre and some accomodations. If you are staying somewhere maybe ask them the best way to get there. If not go the city centre or information centre- the shuttle leaves from these places. When i went it was $8 for the trip. Taxi's are more expensive.
