Yes If you declare it and put it in a 1qt ziplock bag and pull it out and place it in a tray so the security agents can see it. I am a TSA Officer, the site has not been updated but it is 3.4 oz (100ml) per container and all mut fit into a 1qt ziplock bag.
hope that helps

Definitely! They get skiddish about liquids. If you carry around a Nasal WASH bottle and the salt in pre-made packets, you should have zero problems.
Then you'll have your supplies when you get there. If you want to use the wash system on the plane, make sure to ask for warm water and not to use the water in the lavatory sink.
Buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. If you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.

i could propose you to plot your trip past to time. Get a letter out of your scientific expert and tale it to custom and immigration and get particular permission in the previous your commute date.

If it is a perscription and it is printed on the item, you are allowed to take it on.

Just call the airline and ask.
