I am creating a simple HTML menu with a "latest news" but I only want to update the code once, not on 10 pages

You can use an include file if you can handle php. Then you have your menu in one file, and it's pulled into all 10.

Ever try using CoffeeCup HTML Editor. You should be able to open multiple .html files and then do a search/replace on all open documents.
