How do I change my Monitor Resolution to 1024x768 for one application only?

Due to my eyesight, I wish to run all my applications in 800x600. However, I have one program I need to run in 1024x768. How can I add to the shortcut for this application to re-set my monitor resolution and then upon closing return to my original settings?

You can't, you can change the resolution back and forth each time, but you can't have it change automatically for just one program.
