Westerly winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph can be expected Saturday afternoon. The winds should begin to diminish by late afternoon. The strong winds will produce blowing dust near construction sites... plowed fields and other favored areas. Motorists should be on the lookout for these strong winds and reduced visibilities when driving Saturday afternoon. Use extra caution when driving through areas with reduced visibilities. A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
