Those who voted for Prop 87 were the stupid ones. The 4 billion dollars that would have been STOLEN from the oil companies in the form of a tax would have been passed on to consumers, I remember the lies that said the Oil Companies couldn't legally pass on the cost but as I said those were lies. BTW I voted against every proposition that stated or implied there would be a tax increase.
I work in Ca and own a home, I'm already way over taxed in this state.
