How do I find an old high school friend who doesn't have the Internet?
She lives with her bf, they moved to Plymouth, MA right after H.S. I talked to her last year but I haven't heard from her since. I believe everything they own is in his name because I don't think she's ever had a job. I know she doesn't have her drivers license either.
They're unlisted in the phone book

If she has no license and has never had a job, it's not likely you can find her. If you know his first and last name, look for him instead. If he has no listed phone, you can find him through internet search sites for a fee. Or you could look for her parents the same way if you don't know where they are.

Use a phone book, look him up. Or you can use a people finder but those usually cost about 50 bucks.
