To cancel your subscription:

Go to your My eBay

On the left side of the page under My Account, click Subscriptions

Click the "Cancel Subscription" link to the right of the subscription you wish to cancel

On the next page, click the Yes button to confirm cancellation of your subscription.

How your invoice will be affected

All Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro charges and credits are posted to your account on the invoice date. When you cancel your Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro subscription, you will not see any credits on you account until the next invoice is created. To view any credits, you will need to wait until your invoice date.

For example, if you cancel Selling Manager Pro on February 10th, but within the 30-day free trial period, you will still receive a credit of $5.33 on your next invoice (March 1st). If you do not cancel within the 30-day free trial period, your next invoice will show a Selling Manager Pro Subscription Fee (Mar 1 - Mar 31) of $15.99. However, if you decide to unsubscribe on March 10th, then the April 1st invoice will include the following prorated credit: Apr 1 Selling Manager Pro Credit -$10.60.
