They will usually ask "Why do you want to work here?" A good answer is to say that you like the place and you know that you can put your customer service talents to good use for them. Also if you are a girl ALWAYS wear a skirt to a job interview and nice shoes. Sounds old fashioned but do it! Trust me!

    Relax and be yourself. Smile.

Never ask about the pay right off the bat. Bad form. It is good to ask if there are promotional or added responsibilities that you can work up to doing.

I went through this too, I have had my job for 6 months and counting. Now, DRESS SEMI-FORMALLY. It brings a smile to all bosses' faces when you dress up. Second, the employer will ask you personal questions. For example, (this is from my experience) "What do you do in your spare time" or "Why should this company hire you over somebody else" What you HAVE to remember is to have confidence in yourself. Usually when you get the interview, you already have the job. But don't think you can go and say anything. If you want to be extra careful, be sure to make eye contact as much as possible and when you shake their hand, make sure it is FIRM. Don't squeeze their hand off though. Whew! That's all I have for you. Anymore specific interview questions, e-mail me: Rayshon28@yahoo.com.

Arrive to your interview at least 10-15 mins early, dress business casual, show up with a resume if you have one, and make eye contact, speak clearly and always thank them for their time when leaving.

The employer will ask you what time you are available to work, which shift you prefer working, why they should hire you over another candidate, why you would like to work there etc.

You might want to ask what are the possibilities of moving up to a hire position, (shift lead, manager) and also ask them how that may be achieved. This will show the potential employer that you are interested in working there for a long period of time.

    Good luck!

Make sure you are neat and clean. Make sure you fill out the application completely and honestly. Maintain good posture. Try not to use slang when answering questions. Maintain good eye contact. They may ask you questions such as what makes you qualified for the job? What hours are you available? Why do you want to work there? Some of the things you ask them are: what are your expectations of new hire employees? When should I expect to hear from you? Good luck and hope you land the job.
