What is the name of those circular staffs?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Staff_%28music%29
I saw a picture once of staffs (in music) but it was in a circle and it had musical notes on them. I *think* it had a name but I'm not so sure. Tried googling it with no success. Can anyone help me out as to what they are called (If they're called anything)?

The only thing I could think of was notation for a "round" or canon. Sometimes composers would write the music for a round

on a spiralling staff.... sort of a play on words.
Does it look like this?

I have this book at home and thought of it when I read your question. As far as I know, the notation doesn't have a specific name.

Do you mean the symbol(s) next to the treble/bass clef that looks like a "C"? That indicates the time signature, which would always be 4/4.
I might be wrong though...sorry.
