very self concious...?

I'm almost 16, I'm about 5'7" and weigh about 140.

Is this too much?

I don't have time to workout...so..what kind of diet should I go on?

    i know what you mean i am almost 16 same height and weight and i know how your feeling somedays u feel fat and you keep asking ppl if you do or not but even if they say u dont u still wonder if you do or not.you try certain things to lose wieght but sometimes doesnt work and you feel like everything you eat makes you gain 10 pounds.i think the best you u can handle it is confidence ..i mean no one is perfect everyone has different body types and are all beautiful.i think the best you have to do is have confidenc and not think abt it so much.hope i cud help

    you dont need a diet you are at a healthy weight. In fact at 140 your BMI is only 22.6 which is perfectly healthy. Your best bet is to make sure that you are eating balanced meals and are getting some physiacal activity through out the week. No worries...dont pay attention to the other people because later on it wont matter. Just be healthy thats what is important.

    You're fine. The average weight for women your height is 141 lbs. Just keep eating right. Walk whenever you can and you won't need to worry about finding time to workout. You're just where you should be.

    no i personally dont think you weigh to much but if your insecure then change your diet by doing the simple stuff like only drinking water and eating healthier snacks and dont eat till you feel sick just till you feel decently satisfied by the way i lost 19 lbs by doing that im 21 5'3 and now 120 lbs but i think your fine you have nothing to worry about good luck

  • 140 is great for your height. Try not to worry about it so much. Just eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

    you dont need a diet=But to keep the same. Meat is'nt fattening. So if you eat alot of good cooked or baked meats =no weight added.
