Have you ever had to take one of those stupid personality tests for a job?

You know the ones, they have questions like, "If you caught your coworker stealing office supplies, would you report him/her".  If so, did you lie or tell the truth?

I have had those tests but I can't remember if I got the job or not.  I did say that I would report them because they would probably tend to steal other things as well.

I've taken them...I've sort of told the truth, and have gotten the job. I pretty much tell them what they want to hear - so to speak.  â¥
