A dvd movie is partly in English, Polish and German. How do I change it to English?

Setup menu is English When I press subtitles on renote with disc in; it displays 'off'. When I press audio withe disc in; it displays 1/1.

    If you need to change the subtitle then press the subtitle button and select the English command.

    or If you need to change the voice, select audio.....but if only the dvd is recorded in multiple voice / dialog.
