someone with their insurance hit me and i got injured and they're taking forever to give me my pain & suffering & loss wages..

If it is indeed their driver's fault, you will get paid.
I don't know if you've already made a claim with them, but if your claim was way out of line.....or if you used an attorney who shot for the sky hoping to get you a big dollar amount.....keep on waiting....they'll delay you as long as they can.
However, you could have your money within two weeks if you ask for a reasonable amount.
The medical bills and lost wages are easy. They known.
But when you mention pain and suffering, that is very subjective and if you are way out of line....then you'll likely get the slowest response.
However, if you deal honestly and reasonably with the insurer, you'll be paid and quickly.
And, if you didn't use a lawyer, you'll end up getting more money.
