How do I question or remark or answer an answer given to me?

I got very good answer from Xavier, but I don't know how to say thanks to him directly, also to tell him that what he suggested I try was not possible, for instance, clicking "My plug-ins" does not show me anything; it's empty. I guess that's because I was never allowed to access any. Each time I tried, a note tells me An Error occurred while trying to access....

    the only way is to e-mail him directly, click on his avatar, and it'll take u to his Q&A page..... e-mail him or IM him or if he allows, Message him on his 360 page....

    we whould ask yahoo to add a reply to the responses...... for one point each.....

    Tr clicking on the Xavier's box and see if he accepts email

    or add details at the bottom o your Q. Just look at ou question and clck on add details

    Go to Xavier's profile and click onto 'send an email' and write a note to him. By now he could have picked up on this question and read of your thanks. Nice of you to consider thanking him.

    go to your question, click it on. then when the persons answer comes up, click on their pic, or avitar. it wil bring you to their stats, q's and a's it will also tell you if you can email or im them some people don't allow either one. if that's the case, you're SOL

    you can either write a comment underneath his answer or click on his avatar (picture) and see if he accepts e-mails...hope this helps
