just curious, what kind of fish is used in a McDonalds fish sandwich?

    It's just Alaskan Pollack. Its cheap, and is of no lesser quality than the usual whitefish in fish sticks, or any other common fish

    I am guessing that their fish is a combination of several things because it is a processed product. There isn't one naturally occurring thing in nature at McDonald's.

    Several of the cheaper fish, primarily it is minced cod.

    Whatever they can grab and mash - including cans, newspapers, and the slave driven children whom are too tired to work for there 2 cents a day.
