Once upon a time, there were two monks, one a Tibetan Monk of the Tantric School and one a Chinese monk of the Zen School, who met while on pilgrimage.

The Tibetan monk said to the Chinese monk, "My Master is very powerful, he can walk on water, leap from mountain top to mountain top, and see everything for 10,000 miles."

The Chinese monk replied, "My Master is also very powerful, when he is tired he sleeps, and when he is hungry he eats."

To grasp at enlightenment is to chase it further away.
