Question about Yahoo Widgets-avatar buddy?

How do I get a yahoo widgets avatar buddy for my avatar? I've downloaded yahoo widgets but have no idea how to put my "buddy" on there.

Also, are you able to change the buddy's outfit. I'm hoping to put in an avatar like my hubby.

I really appreciate the first answer but I'm looking for something slightly more detailed.

    You have to install and run the program before it will show up. You have to change the outfit by going back to the home page and doing and upgrade/change.
