    It is my only hope.

    When I feel alone and so deeply wounded - He is the only one I know will always be there.

    Even when I cannot feel Him - there is always evidence of His presence.

    Without His love - I would have nothing. He IS the ointment for my soul. I pray you know He is yours too.

    It's referred to as the Balm of Gilead. A balm is an ointment. So I guess that could be true.
