By "commented on" do you mean answered?

If so, click your image or "My Q&A" -- this takes you to your page, with all the questions and answers you've posted here.

The star means that you think a question is good or interesting -- like a recommendation. Use it only for that.

To keep track of other questions, do the Watch List thing, as described in a previous answer -- there's a row of widgets under the question, the last has a menu; choose Add to Watch List.

When you go to your Q&A page, there's a tab to see your Watch Listed items.

BTW, the Starred items are also listed, and the list is public (everyone can see it); Watch Lists are private -- visible only to you.

The star feature when you like or comment a question you click on a star you see somewhere in the question and click on it it will automatically save this question as a fovorite of you.

You can see or track it later in your profile, when you sign up to yahoo answers there's a part that tell you how many points you have, you click on them or in your name and it get to your profile when you have a count of your points, answers, favorites, etc. You see it all and look/ find what you want.

Yes there is. Go to the + sign in the Action Bar and click on the Watchlist option. This adds that question to your watchlist. Access you watchlist on your Profile page by clicking on the WatchList tab.
