Can a company find out what websites their employees are accessing?

I know certain sites can be blocked - like porn sites and stuff, but other than that, can they find out? I want to know if they can find out that i come on here every now and then. is there any way to block them being able to?

    Hi!

They can see exactly where their employees are going on the web if they have a program that can do that. I remember my school could track where students went and suspend them for going to game or adult sites.

Medium to large companies would monitor your internet access and the sites you see. There isn't really a simple way to block this. Yet, it is illegal for them to get your passwords and personal info etc. and you shouldn't be worried.

They can find out. There are ways to block it, but using them is likely to greatly raise suspicions.
