I've tried to download nero 7 on my pc.It won't work,says there's an error. Now I can't remove what was downloaded either. Can anyone help me with this? Please?

Delete temporary files from within Disk Cleanup. If that doesn't delete them, try to find the folder the download was saved to. Sometimes files become read-only, meaning you can not delete or overwrite. Right click the file and look at properties, uncheck read-only.
