I feel like I'm going to lose it?

I need some good advice, & I don't want to worry any of my family or friends. I've had some issues come up that have just sent me on a yo-yo of moods lately. Most of it really isn't that bad in retrospect, & I should be able to handle myself better. But other times I feel like I'm just gonna flip & do something totally irrational, like shout & say something offensive to someone (esp a stranger), lose control while I'm driving because I have a fit, the list goes on. I haven't done anything brash (aside from maybe lose my temper for a few seconds at a bank teller), but I feel like I could at any possible second when something doesn't go my way, & I don't know what to do! I have some temper issues too, & although I'm aware of it, I just don't want to let it get out of control at the wrong time. I know my problems can be solved, but I feel like there's just no way out sometimes. How does anyone cope when they're feeling this trapped? I feel so helpless & anxious right now!

    You need to go see your doctor as soon as you can and tell him about your problems. There are ways he can help and prescribe medication if possible. I'm guessing your suffering from anxiety/depression. I've been there and done that and the medication my doctor prescribed me works great for me. Don't be too ashamed to talk to your doctor. He/she is there to help and there is help out there for you. Don't pass up help based on pride.

    This is Gagan Joshi from India. I was facing same problem some years ago. Even today i am facing this problem, but i have control it a Lot's.

    It happens with us when we wanrt to share something with someone but we don't have any right person.It usually happens when we couldn't achive some target set by us.

    I was in love with gal but after first meeting we never met.But i couldn't forget her till now.Now, whenever i had something to say , i wrote every thing in paper or diary.I start like - --

    How are u. Toady i face this problem and so on--------

    I wrote everything in diary. It's a old solution but still it works.At least it decrees our headache and make us relax.

    Then after some years i started chanting, i mean prayer.Whatever problem i had i always share with Ghonzon(God). I chant " Nam Myo Ho Renge Kyo"

    These are the two ways through which u can cope with problems.

    Sress and anger are very destructive emotions, not only to you but those around you. The good thing is there is cause and effect. Find your triggers of your stress and anger. Journal, get all your emotions out of you, and if necessary seek counseling, talking to a stranger really helps you sort through things without someone being judgemental. Another good release is excercies. Try to find something that relaxes you, I dive into a hot bath and a good book when stressed and I turn off my phone and spend some time alone with myself, writing, reading, whatever I feel like. You have to be good to you. No one else can take better care of you or know you better then yourself. Focus on You. Some say that is selfish, I say it is mandatory. If you aren't ok, then nothing can be ok. One last bit of advice, God. He works miracles, and can give you a peace that absolutely nothing else can. Pray, go to church, read scripture, and if all this is forieng to you call a church and talk to the pastor he can guide you into a good direction to get information. Remember, if you are angry there is a cause for it. Find out what it is, get it out, deal with it and move on and leave it behind you. Anger and Stress lead to depression, and depression is just self destructive, it eats at you like a cancer, please get help before this happens to you. There is hope. Find out who you are, what you want in life, set your goals and go for it. Find time to relax, be good to yourself. God bless and good luck.

    the prob is that u just need to find somethin to do. why dont u just go out for a jog! jogging helps a lot when u have too much of frustration trapped inside of u. if that doesnt help then cry a lil bit to let it out or goto sleep! best way to avoid doin anythin stupid!

    trust me doing anything out of anger has no positive results!

    so just keep it calm and easy! have an issue then try to find out the solution and if no solution is there then be patient and let things fly by!

    I learned from my experience that alot of that is from being young. As you get older you learn new ways of dealing with issues that come up. You start by learning to relax and stay calm. You need to learn about yourself and what affects you and how to deal with it.
