Recording equipment. I need to upgrade. What do I need?
25 years ago, I filled a studio with state-of-the-art recording equipment. Now, all of this equipment is outdated. I know that digital is the standard nowadays, so what kind of software and hardware do I need to purchase, as inexpensive as possible, that will do a good job and is relatively easy to operate?

time to check out the lcoal music store - Apple is the way to go - you can with a simple Apple computer and a couple of external devices have a recording studio worth checking out.
also Boss makes a didigtal recording unit with Cd wroiter built in
