Selling organs for shorter incarceration terms?

I find this proposition ghoulish and very disturbing! If this is allowed, isn't it essentially farming these prisoners for body parts? I think it sets a dangerous precedent - your thoughts?

    I am cool with them selling their organs but not to get out of incarceration. I don't have much faith in rehabilitation.

    I think it's an interesting idea. I agree from a medical perspective, but ethically, I'm not so sure.

    Only organ they should be able to donate is their hearts.
