He was on Comedy Central presents I think. He looked similar to Will Ferrell. He talked about pop tarts and said stuff like "If you have to nuke pop tarts in the morning you need more time!" Or something like that. Can anyone help me out here?

Jim Gaffigan and Brian Regan both do jokes about Pop Tarts. One of them maybe? Jim Gaffigan is the one who also jokes about being really pale, and he talks to himself under his breath like he was other voices talking about him. Hope this helps
