This is a bad question. Technically all of the above could be characterized by a circulation cell. A certain type of thunderstorm, called a supercell, is characterized by a rotating cell called a mesocyclone. Hurricanes have a circulation cell which consists of a strong updraft in the eye-wall and subsidence (sinking air) in the center (eye). Tornadoes and Cyclones are rotating storms so they obviously could be referred to as circulation cells. The "real" circulation cells are large scale ciculations in the atmosphere known as Walker and Hadley cells...none of these here.
