No duh it was made especially for Vista. It is much more secure but like every other Microsoft product, it has its set of holes. It goes with the rest of the Vista interface and has anti-phising built into it. The real question is whether your hardware is capable of running Vista in the first place.

IE7 is built into Vista(i just uninstalled vista and reinstalled XP) couldn't take the bloatware and the constant nagging, time to buy a mac.
