Pros and cons of this trade - I am weak on power and RBI's, Crawford is pretty much my speed..
Giving up:
Freddy Sánchez - current back up, Chris Burke 2b/OF
Carl Crawford - other OF's- M Alou, Podsednik, Chris B Young
Garrett Atkins - other 3b's are Miguel Cabrera and bill hall

Definately do this.
Sanchez, according to some fantasy experts, was pretty much a fluke. He'll hit for a good average but that's about it. Plus I really like Chris Burke this year so if Weeks doesn't live up to the hype, you have a good backup. But I bet Weeks will have a great year.
Obviously getting Soriano will help. Even though Crawford will get more steals, Soriano has way more power and will still steal 30+ at the minimum.
Mora and Atkins aren't really any concern to the deal. Even though I think Atkins will continue to be good, you still have Cabrera and Hall so no worries.

make the trade
freddy sanchez will have a sophmore slump, and playing in pitssburgh definitely wont help. crawford is good, dont get me wrong, but as you can see, a lot of people need speed, and are willing to give up a lot for just the one category, as opposed to most other hitters who will give you power and rbis, and maybe cuns scored, and even average if theyre that good. garrett atkins, while he puts up good numbers, i think is overrated. when he doesnt play in colorado, hes nothing to write home about, and hiting in that lineup, he has no help other than todd helton. rickie weeks should add some speed, soriano is good, i dont know if he'll do what he did last year, but he has a lot more help in the lineup this year than he did last year, even tho the cubs wont make the post season. mora, well, as a baltimore fan, i wish i could be able to say that he will return to his form of a couple years ago, but id drop him, bill hall too, he wont produce like he did last year, but you have miguel cabrera, so 3b should not be a problem for you. take this deal

thats a good trade
weeks is sopouse to be a stud this year
soriano will hit more HR in a better hitting park and with a better offence around him
mora is always consistent
