Why do yahoo groups members have "spam" and "phishing" in the headline of their newsletters?

I have had been the moderator of a large yahoogroups list for several years. I notice that when my members answer me from their various listserves in the title section it says "spam" and sometimes "phishing" - this never used to be the case, what can be done to keep their newsletter from going to the spam folders?

Update:

It's a closed list, I control the distribution, other people may not post to it, never had this problem for years distributing it in this manner.

I think yahoo adds this to emails with more than one recipient and blind copies. It's called cross posting and some groups don't allow it
