When should I be able to plant out grape vine cuttings?

Where you live you can plant them now. I would not expect much this year though. A good mature grape vine can grow a root 25 feet deep.

I think once the shoots reach about 300mm, there should be a good enough root to transplant them safely either outside or potting on. As the others said wait till the frost danger is over before putting them outside

You can put them in now as long as you grow them in a greenhouse heated if possible

I have one I am waiting to plant now....The instructions said to wait until all danger of frost had passed.
