What the heck? Since when do you have to allow anyone into your house besides a cop with a warrant? Are you kidding me? --I'm all about hospitality but did I miss something in that it's mandatory to allow in ones mailman?

My mailman don't come in for tea. He comes in for something else. It's not illegal unless he pays.

Yup. Sounds like he wants some pie to go along with that tea, too. Next time he comes around, of course having somebody close by to watch you, explain to him it makes you uncomfortable and that he needs to stop. Politely tell him you don't feel that way about him. If this persists call his boss!

Is there any coffee?
If there is no tea and no coffee, yes it is illegal. That means you can take the law into your own hands.

He's after more than just tea. If you don't want him there, report him to the authorities.

Man you better get some real quick, you don't want him to go postal.
