I had a very boring job, sit at a cubicle all day. Make sure you at least get 8 hours of sleep everynight, eat right, take vitamins, and at work, make sure on your breaks and lunch try to walk around as much as you can. every hour try to take a mental rest and whatever your doing, stop for a few minutes and relax, stretch.....Ive tried various things.....talk to fun co-workers....anything to stimulate you!
