If you are are referring to the entire history of these three teams then it would be Michigan.
If you are talking about the last decade then Ohio State.
In the next five years it will be Ohio State because Jim Tressel is just a better recruiter than Lloyd Carr. Carr is the better coach though as his teams are not as good and he always puts up a fight year after year in the head-to-head game.

If Ron English is promoted to the head coahing position than Michigan well become the powerhouse, but until than.....sigh....it won't be a TRUE powerhouse. Llyod Carr is like the Marty Schontehimer of college football.

Wisconsin shouldn't be on the list. I'd take Michigan on the bases of coaching an dthe fact the generate slightly more money

OSU, they're always solid on both sides of the ball, but Wisconsin is one of the most underrated team in college football, they will be next seasons Florida IMO

Ohio State. Hate to say it,but they are getting the better recruits now and good recruits will lead to good seasons.
