I'm looking for a pen pal for my brother.?

My brother is incarcerated and he wants a pen pal. Is there anything like that? Someone he can write that's incarcerated and they become friends other than ones that are in the same facility as he. If so can you give me a web site to go to so I can get him signed up.

    If you are looking for a penpal that is religious based, check out prison ministries. I participated in it (by corresponding to an inmate) for 7 years and really enjoyed it.
