200 watt amp .....?
Im installing a 200 watt amp in my car , how much can i push with out tearing something up? For example i have these speakers im trying to make it sound good but dont want to tear up the amp.I have all these size speakers : 2 X 15"s 2X 12's 2 X 10's..
What can i put in with out messing it up?

What's the full specs of the amp and speakers.
Without this, you get guess as above.

You can put in the two smaller ones but you are not gonna have enough power to push them. It will push them for a few minutes go quiet and then start up again. You need to find out how much watts are the speakers and then go from there. If you don't know than probably start with a 800 watt amp, it should get you close to the promise land.

If the amp is a 2 channel putting out 100 per channel you would be fine with the 10's. If that is the bridged power of the amp, you probably can't use it without wiring the subs to 8 ohms and halving your power. I would use 1, 12" sub if i were you. Make sure you aren't putting too low an impedence onto your amp. Good luck
