Oh, I think about it. Often, people with directly opposite views to me in politics do see a lot of things differently than I do. At the same time, they have some things in common with me. Still, there's really a lot of people who are seriously just that far opposite in lifestyle. I've known lifelong Republicans who prefer their steak barely-dead, large trucks that can go through mud and off road (and actually do), country music, and Budweiser, while I've known hardcore Democrat/Green voters who are vegan, drive a hybrid, alternative rock club bands, and microbrews. Doesn't mean they can't get along somehow, and find some common ground.

I had a discussion with a guy far more right wing than I am on virtually everything, but we agreed entirely that Wal-Mart has left its roots and become the kind of corporation that gives big business a bad name. I've talked with a guy miles to the left of me, and we agreed that even the most un-PC of speech should still remain firmly free, although he did wish people would stop it voluntarily.

Poke any of us with a needle, we'd bleed the same blood. I've seen that even the flame-baiters here can be pretty reasonable, but they're definitely... passionate about their views.

Reminds me of the town in Bosnia where Muslims, Serbs, and Croats (Mixing ethnicities and religion, as many are Christian) decided they'd find a single symbol of peace to show unity and something in common that, when all else came down to it, they could admire this guy. The majority of persons here in our country have the same thoughts namely: the physical security of their country, the economic welfare of their country and the social environment of their country. In all of the above, most people want the maximum possible.

The differences among us are that we have a different viewpoints on how these features will be provided and implemented. We may have a different way of expressing ourselves, particularly in our choice of words. Unfortunately, there may be times when the words used are neither polite nor accurate and can become unintentionally offensive.

No, i think of they *sense* as a replace of *think of*. that's why they pass incorrect. curiously there are 2 distinctive factors of the recommendations which handle determination making - One is in line with emotion, the different is in line with reason. all of us sense an identical form of thoughts (misery on the belief-approximately our very own mortality, the will for an extra handy existence etc.) and those translate into wishful questioning, yet in rational human beings the different element of the recommendations overrides those emotional responses and we come to the tip that issues do no longer substitute into genuine purely because of the fact we want they might.

Whenever someone makes a political or philosophical point, I look at it from as many angles as possible, to see what parts I agree with and what parts I disagree with.
