If I want to deal with a specific known agent of the IRS how do I ?
I know his name and where he is as well as his id.#. How do I speak with him directly? Any Ideas? I spoke with the IRS in Cin. and they would not give courtsey contact. How do I do this?

If the agent that you talked to was from a contact by you calling the main toll free number of the IRS, you can call and request a Managerial Call back. A Manager will call you back within 24 hours and you can then give the Employees Name and ID # and explain that you would like to talk to that Customer Service Representative. The Manager can then pass that Information on to that particular employee's Manager.to be forwarded to the employee.
When you call the Toll Free number you are connecting with any one of 9 call sites, that is why a call can not be forwarded to a particular Customer Service Representative.

Call and request the agent by ID#. Tell them you were previously working with that agent regarding a tax issue and need to follow-up. If they cant directly transfer you, perhaps they could give a direct phone # for you to leave a voicemail.
