Anyone on the Reverse Diet? Any success?
You know, th eone where you eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner!
Yes that's the idea, not going to bed with a stuffed belly, and not spending the day with too little energy

I think what this diet basically is - is that you are eating your larger meal in the morning and a smaller meal at night. You should always eat a good breakfast because it helps you throughout the day to not be as hungry. Breakfast fuels you for the entire day, you should follow with a light snack, a healthy lunch, another light snack and a smaller dinner. Don't fill your plate up so much, and stop AS SOON as you feel full, and remember full not stuffed. Everything is in moderation and choose healthier foods, and you shouldn't ever have to follow a strict diet.

Hmm, i can't really see how it would work. By the end of the night you've still consumed the same amount of calories. Perhaps it may work as you are more active during the day than at night so you could burn a bigger meal off earlier in the day.
