"I'm game" means that you're willing to try something. In this context, the word "game" means having a willingness to take a risk, to undertake something that could involve effort or injury to the participant. (It's a word that's often used by breeders of pit bull dogs-- a dog is "game" if he's aggressive and undeterred by the displays of aggression that other fighting dogs might display.)

Sentence with it: "My brother was game to try skydiving."

"i'm game" is just a way of saying that you are willing to participate or be a part of something. I would say it's just another way of saying "i'm down" or "yes" to something. So for example if someone asked me if I wanted to work this weekend? Then I would respond "i'm game" if i wanted to work the weekend shift
