Help...Scared!?
The lizards keep coming under my storm door in the summer and I like to open the door for sunlight. They come thru the cracks on the sides at the bottom. I can't fix this. I don't like them and need something to repel them...anyone that knows anything that will help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You need a new storm door. One that you can adjust so there are no appreciable gaps. Or perhaps a weather stripping package to improve the door seal for the one you already have.
I'd do this before I would fool around with any chemicals or other type of things to repel them. They do eat bugs which is usually a desirable trait!

Lizzards are like tiny dinosaurs and we get to live with them only we are much bigger and scarier than they would be if they were dinos, right? So be glad that they shrunk significantly, otherwise youd have ALOT more to worry about than your storm door (whatever the hell that is) What is a storm door anyway? Is that some up-north word?
Source(s): ps-nix the cat idea...they eat the lizzards and then puke them back up all over your persian carpet......trust me on this one - 1 decade ago
We bought a weather stripping tape. It's used to close drafts on windows and doors. You can purchase at walmart, Lowe's or any home improvement store. It usually runs from $6.00 on up and is easy to install.

They have a lot of geckos in Hawaii, but they eat the mosquitos, lizards eat spiders and flies, maybe they are helping you and you don't see it. But they do sell sonic repellars you can get one at Home Depot.

You could get a draft stopper for the gap under the door. http://www.kathyannscottage.com/custom_draft_stopp...
