what is the best method of turning a pair of jean's into a midi skirt?
I want it full length and have fabric for the inserts but I'm not sure how to do it. Please help.

From a guys point of view, don't, it would look horrible. You'd look like a cross between a hilbillie and a bag lady turned hippie. I wouldn't want to be seen with someone wearing something cobbled together like that. Instead, spend your efforts making a cute plain short skirt......... that looks like a skirt...........that was intended to be a skirt..

nicely cut back it how long you choose the skirt. Then cut back a slit for the period of the midsection of the leg the place in case you wore it it could be the interior. Now stitch the too factors mutually. i think of that ought to paintings.
