Kids love spaghetti dont they?? Try chicken spaghetti.

    INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 lb. Angel hair pasta

1 can Cambell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

1 lb. Mexican or regular Velveeta Cheese

1 can Rotel tomatoes (tomatoes with green chiles)

    PREPARATION:

Boil chicken breasts in large pan adding a pinch of salt to water. Remove chicken when completely done. Boil noodles in remaining broth, drain after done. Cut chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut cheese into small chunks and melt in sauce pan. Combine in large pan: chicken, noodles, cheese, soups, and Rotel.

Or kraft has a chessy chicken and rice cassorole that sounds good.

15 Minute Cheesy Chicken & Vegetable Rice

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen vegetable blend, thawed

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until browned.

ADD broth; stir. Bring to boil.

ADD rice, vegetables and prepared cheese product; stir. Cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and prepared cheese product is completely melted, stirring occasionally.

    Good luck

Boil 2-3 chicken breasts and de-bone and remove any fat. Strain the broth and mix it with a box of chicken flavored stuffing mix according to box directions. Layer cream of chicken soup starting on the bottom of pan, stuffing next, then chicken....repeat, and then top with more chicken soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and serve with a salad.

If you take a chicken breast and cut it into small pieces, you can boil it until it turns nice and pearly white (usually just a couple of minutes). Then add it to either some cream of mushroom or cream of potato soup and cook for three to five minutes.

This makes for a good pick-me-up on cold days.

Boil boneless skinless chicken breast in chicken broth till done. Let cool and cube.

Boil macaroni or small shell pasta till al dente. Drain and cool.

Chopped some celery and onion, halve some green grapes. Add everything together and toss with buttermilk ranch dressing. Kids and husband love this.

Season and saute your chicken in a skillet with a small amount of oil then put it in a casserole dish. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup over it and a half can of water. Add in a few veggies and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.

you can get raw frozen wings(Hi Fat Industry)

thaw overnight in refrigerator. I like

    drummettes instead.

Do you like hot cajun? you can tone the

hot wing sauce or Louisiana hot

sauce down with white vinegar if you want,

add garlic or a little lemon juice. Then

    warm it up.

I take the wings, pour off the excess water.

Then I lightly sprinkle white flour on the

pieces. Lighter coating makes them less

    messy to eat.

And so after cooking the wings for what it

says on the package, you drop the wings

in the sauce, and there you have it. And

the drummettes I think are safer for your kid.

My favorite chicken meal is to baste up some boneless chicken breasts with a good marinade and seasonings, and then pan grill them. After, cut them to smaller strips/pieces and serve them with brown whole grain rice or couscous. THis is an extremely healthy meal, but make sure your rice is brown whole grain. This takes about 10 minutes to make, it is healthy, and tastes great!!!!
