How do I write these in standard MLA format?

I am putting together a paper for my college Shakespeare class and my MLA handbook is in a box someplace. I can't find how to do these for sure online. Help???

1) I have a text book where I quote both the author and reprint quotes from Freud. How do I site this? Do I site them as two seperate items? Also, in the body of my paper do I use both (") and (') when I quote a quote?

2) I am quoteing from Taming of the Shrew that is anthologized in my complete works. How do you quote an anthology?

3) When I am quoting Shakespeare in the body of my paper, don't I do it like this (I.i.47-52) as in (act.scene.lines)?

If anyone just has a website that has these handy-dandy rules on it that would be great too.

Thanks...

Cite in elementary terms the cyber internet website you used. That replaced into your supply. evaluate of this analogy: you consulted a textbook as area of your learn. in the lower back of this textbook are 7 pages of references that the e book's authors consulted as that they've been writing the training manual or quoted in the e book. might you cite the textbook or the textbook plus the 7 pages of references?
