If you are talking about buying Spanish titles that have not been released at all in the US, you could be out of luck. I was just searching for some of those the other day. I tried some of the major Spanish online companies and was told that they will not ship them to the US. Hopefully someone else will answer and prove me wrong on that.
Of course, you could always get some dvds that have subtitles and turn them off. There are tons of those available at Amazon.com. I would suggest Motorcycle Diaries, Talk to Her or Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.

This (http://www.nuestrocine.com/) is the address to site dedicated to cinema from Spain. You'll be able check all the new movies coming out, but most importantly you will find older movies divided by decade and rated by popularity, and also award winning movies. The only problem is that site is in Spanish, so you should at least be able to understand a little Spanish. I'm Dominican, not Spanish. But I think the best movies in Spanish come from Spain... Mexico has some good ones too.

I'm at a loss as to an easy way to come up with a Spanish language list...if I think of something I'll come back and edit.
However, if you just need examples...for some sort of project...both Pan's Labyrinth and Volver were originally filmed in Spanish and modestly successful here in the US. I have seen and enjoyed both, though they are quite different.
