We live in Atlanta. We're wanting to leave town for the weekend. Where should we go and what should we do?
We're planning to leave Saturday and return either Saturday night or Sunday. Thinking something 3-5 hours each way. Prefer not Nashville (been there many times).

Well There are lots of options for you... What about Savanah or Charlston? OR maybe Destin,FL or Daytona... Ir I don't know how long it would take you to get up there but what about Willmington NC.. There are TONS of things to do there. There are battlefields, the beach, the waterfront.. It is a great place for a week or a weekend..

charleston is nice, also charlotte if you like amusement parks carowinds in a lot of fun. You could also try the casinos in mississippi. The panhandle of florida is close and there is a lot to do. You could also go to memphis, of knoxville. There are alot of nice places with a close range just depends on what you are looking to do. I hope you have a great time
