The airport code you gave for worcester (WOR) is for an airport in madagascar... the correct code is ORH... these airports are so close together that after you make a connection you would spend more time flying than you would flying... if you can get a private pilot to fly you there and pay for fuel you may get to fly but otherwise, there is not an airline that serves the city pairs, most all airlines serve PVD but ORH isnt served as far as I know and I checked all the major us airlines...

Getting down there via public transportation is a royal pain. Worcester Union Station to Boston South Station, then transfer to get to Providence. From there you still need to take a cab or bus to TF Green. One day MBTA will go to TF Green. Just not in time for Tuesday morning.
Bite the bullet and ride one of those airport limos. Knight's Airport Limo seems to be a popular choice in this here parts, and taking a shared ride helps cut down the cost. You can also check the MassPort website for a list of airport limo companies. A lot them also serve TF Green.

For an early flight like that, the best bet would be to take the bus down the night before and get a hotel at PVD
